To start the 2024 campaigns off for Baseball and Softball the Birmingham Giants have hired 2 New coaches to run the Giants Showcase Softball program. With 39 signees for Softball since 2017, the Birmingham Giants are ramping up another successful signing season with the two addistions to the Coaching ranks.
Showcase Directors for Softball
Stephanie Graham join the Giants staff with 18 years of coaching experience including leading Pinson Valley to its most successful seasons in school history. While her own playing experience includes stops at Bevill State and West Alabama, where she earned her BA in Athletic Training, and then earning her masters at Troy while serving as the Grad Assistant for the Softball Program. While many of the Giants teams are approaching recruiting age, Stephanie will serve as one of the directors to aid in recruiting while organizing camps and other showcase events for the Giants Players.
Sabrina Russell A former Giant, who signed at LBW and then moved on to play at Point University returns to the Giants a Showcase and Recruiting director for the Giants. After he playing days ended Sabrina was the Assistant Coach at At Andrews Univ. in North Carolina. With extensive Exposure and Showcase experience both as a player and a coach, Sabrina brings the knowledge and connections needed to assist the Giants players reaching recruiting age.
