In game 2 of pool play, the Giants played a back and forth game with the VB Makos, that ended in a VB walkoff win, the Giants only loss of the day. Dj Parker struck out 5 over 3.2 innings, and hits from Levi Voss (3B), Foster Phillips (1), DJ Parker (1), Cole Miller (2 1 2B), Luis Chavez (1), and Ryan Tuner (1) all had hits for the Giants.
In bracket play, Levi Voss allowed just 1 hits over 2.1 innings and Foster Phillips closed out the final outs for the 3-2 Giants win, avenging their only loss of the day. At the plate hits from Foster Phillips (2), DJ Parker (1), Cole Miller (1), Luis Chavez (1), and Andrew Parrish (1) all had hits as the win moved the Giants into the finals. In the Championship, Foster Phillips allowed just 4 hits over 3innings, while striking out 3 and DJ Parker (1) had the only hit, but the Giants took advantage of several mistakes and walks to post a 6-3 win.
