Playing in the World Series, the Birmingham Giants 14u Carroll rolled off 6 straight wins to bring home the World Series title. In their first game of pool play, the Giants were matched up with Addidas Gold. Blair Wheeler, Harper Riley and Karis Pridemore combined to allow just 3 hits over 5 innings, and hits from Blair Wheeler (1), Abigail Erreca (2), Ryann Darling(3B), Kendall Burch (2), Alayna Osbourn (1), Harper Riley (1) and Khloe Kennedy (1) all had hits for the Giants in the 10-3 win. In their second game of pool play the Giants were matched with Adidas Elite. Kendall Burch struck out 4 over 5 innings, and offensively the Giants were led by Balir Wheeler (1), Abigail Erreca (2, 1 2B), Skylan Dyson (1), Ryann Darling (2, 1 2B, 1 3B) Kendall Burch (2), Karis Pridmore (1), and Khloe Kennedy (1) in the 9-3 win. The win seated the Giants 1st going into bracket play.
In their first game of bracket play the Giants were matched up with the Lookouts. Blair Wheeler and Sophia Carroll allowed just 2 runs over 6 innings while striking out 6. At the plate Abigail Erreca (2), Ryann Darling (1) and Kylie Layton (3B) all had hits in the 3-2 win. In their next bracket play game the Giants were paired up with Vicious Softball. Kendall Burch struck out 3 over 5 innings and allowed just 3 runs and Giants offense pounded out 11 hits (Blair Wheeler 1, Abigail Erreca 2, Kendall Burch 1, Ryann Darling 2, Skylan Dyson 1, Kylie Layton 3B, Alayna Osbourn 1, Karis Pridmore 2B, and Harper Riley 1) led the way to the 13-3 win. The win moved the Giants into the Semi Finals.
Karis Pridmore and Harper Riley allowed just 4 earned runs over 5 innings, while striking out 5 and the Giants piled up 19 hits and 13 runs, Hits from Blair Wheeler (4), Abigail Erreca (1)Ryann Darling (2, 1 2B, 1 3B), Kylie Layton (1), Skylan Dyson (1), Karis Pridmore (2), Alayna Osbourn (3 1 2B), Khloe Kennedy (2), and Harper Riley (2) led the way to the win. The win moved the Giants into the finals to face Rebel Yell. In the Championship game Sophia Carroll and Blair Wheeler allowed just 3 earned runs over 6 innings and hits from Abigail Erreca (2, 1 2B), Blair Wheeler (2), Kendall Burch (2 1 2B), Ryann Darling (2B), Kylie Layton (1), Skylan Dyson (3, 1 3B), Karis Pridmore (2), Alayna Osbourn (1), Khloe Kennedy (1), and Harper Riley all had hits as the Giants brought home the Title with a 10-4 win.
