The second tenured Giant Mikey McGuire has been a Giants uniform for nearly 5 years.
A pitcher/catcher/ and utility player Mikey has played every position on the field over the coarse of the last five years.
The Giants all time leader in average (.548),(Season .604) Doubles (10), he also has 41 RBI, 39 stolen bases. On the mound he has had the same results, the Giants career leader in Saves (17), Era (2.26) , Strike outs (117). Hitting in the 3 hole, in front of Ethan “Big Coutry” Thrasher, and behind career singles leader Stone Favrot, Mikey has been in the middle of a large part of the giants offense.
One of the few Giants with out a nickname, he is known to his team, and a lot of their opponents as Mikey.
