4th Birmingham Giant Underclassman called up in 2014

For the 4th time in the 2014 calendar year a Birmingham Giant Underclassman has been called straight to their respective schools varsity roster. Joining Ethan Thrasher, Noah Hathorn and Mikey McGuire, Haley Lang, and 8th grader at Susan Moore High School has made the jump with her call up.  A pitcher, 3B, 1B, Lang will definitely be a an assets as she is scheduled to start right away and is expected to log a ton of playing time. Coach Joe Morales said of the news” We are very proud of Haley and congratulate her on the accomplishment. I wish I could say its a supprise, but we expected great things from her since the first time we saw her, and she is living up to them”
