About the IMPACT PLAYERS “Cream of the Crop”
College coaches from as far north as New Jersey AND Professional Scouts are descending upon the “Capital of Dreams”, Montgomery, AL and it’s rich history to see, interact and evaluate YOU. Its a great opportunity to get in front of some schools that may have not had the opportunity to see you yet or gives them that elusive second chance to evaluate you.
- Players will get exposure to 10-15 college coaches from DI, DII, DII, JUCO, and NAIA + 3 to 5 MLB Scouts.
- College coaches and MLB Scouts lead evaluations like it is a college or Pro environment (10:1 Player to Coach ratio).
- Players are with college coaches and MLB Scouts throughout camp (on-field training, in the classroom, and even at lunch).
- All college coaches are guaranteed to attend (we pay them to be there)!
Players will go through our 4 part MySportSWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) IMPACT Analysis which will determine where you are as a 6 Tool Player.
The 6 Tools are Speed, Hitting for Average, Hitting for Power, Fielding Ability, Throwing Ability and the Intangibles (Baseball Intelligence, Athleticism, Competitiveness, Mental Toughness/Guts, and Physical Toughness/Durability to mention a few).
Each Phase is broken down to determine specific items of the 6 Tools.
The 4 Phases with tools covered are as follows:

The MySportSWOTTM IMPACT Analysis certifies data calculating your overall performance that is relative to a players standing among his peers and allows college coaches and scouts to do what we refer to as Predictive Analytics which simply means that we provide them with the tools to efficiently and effectively evaluate or “predict” your future playability and how well you would fit in their program.
When utilized to its maximum, the MySportSWOTTM Analysis is a very helpful and insightful tool in the recruiting process.
For example, XYZ University has a stud senior short-stop who has tested through our system and ranks out as a 95 and their backup sophomore short-stop ranks out as an 85.
Let’s say you test and rank out as an 88, not only will the colleges and scouts present at the combine receive your data, but any college with criteria within our database that your data meets, will also receive your information.
So if a college’s criteria says “We are looking for a 6’3, 210lb Short-stop who is 93 across the diamond” and that’s you, well your data is placed in their hands.
We alert you of the schools or scouts whose criteria you have met and have been made aware of you.
