2 More Birmingham Giants will make their 2015 debut with their high school teams. Tyler Miller and Hunter Garcia both 8th graders will start their seasons on the Moody High school JV Team.
Hunter Garcia a long time Giant and son of Coach Greg Garcia is a career .309 hitter, while playing up on the 15u Giants as a 13 year old.
Tyler Miller, one of the Giants Short stops, is an 8th grader and entering his second full year with the 
giants with a career .301 average and a reputation for smooth dependable fielding. Miller also started the first triple play in Giants History.
Coach Rob Kersey said of the call ups”This was an easy decision for MHS I would suppose, both of these kids are great developing players, that are great on and off the field, we are proud to have them both, what makes this more special is how good of friends these two are, one plays short and the other 3rd”.
